Adam is a designer and strategist who uses user-centred design as a tool to solve for the most challenging business problems. He started his career as a New York based industrial designer developing aesthetically pleasing housewares products and consumer electronics. Since then, Adam has moved further upstream where strategy and design intersect. Adam is currently a Design Strategy Lead at the global management-consulting firm, Doblin Monitor Deloitte in London, United Kingdom. Adam works alongside a community of social scientists, engineers, and MBAs designing user-centred innovations for fortune 500 clients. He possesses a deep curiosity and desire to bring to life innovations that drive positive impact in the world. Adam has experience in public and private sectors working across education, telecom, healthcare, energy, automotive, and financial services industries in the U.S., Europe, and India. Most recently, he was part of a global team to help bring financial inclusion to people at the bottom of the pyramid (those living under $3 per day) in sub-Saharan Africa. The photo above was taken in Kibera, Kenya as part of that initiative.
As a designer and strategist, Adam puts the user at the heart of the design process, then translating deep user insights into compelling business propositions.
